This year will be Wushu Duan Exams not organize here. Everyday 5.5 hours of practise warm ups in the beginning, then specialized lessons Silk Reeling with Grandmaster actual innovations, 1st Form of the Chen Old Style, Tuishou Push hands didactics and Zhanzhuang Stance. Morning session 9.30-12.30, afternoon session 15.30-18.00
